Clean and spacious rooms

Perfectly situated right across from a spacious beach, allowing easy access to enjoy the sun and calm waves. The roof terrace offers picturesque views of sunsets over the lagoon, making it a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The air conditioning in the room was inconsistent. it struggled to keep up during the sweltering summer heat. the thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms to seep in, which made for a less than restful night. The available Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, and the long trek to the nearest water bus station felt tedious after a long day. The breakfast options sometimes felt limited, and popular items would run out quickly without being replenished. while the hotel has charm, it comes with a few discomforts that may not suit everyone’s taste.

Had a sweet as stay! Beach just across the road and staff were super friendly. Although the breakfast could use more fresh fruit options. had a nice relaxing time!

The only downside was the shower head in the bath, which wasn't fixed and made it a bit tricky to use comfortably.

This place suits me perfectly, offering essential amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a welcoming bar. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with my suitcases. Highly recommend trying the breakfast options. I'm coming back for a city break!

I stayed in the Double Room with Sea View for three nights. The room was spacious and really clean, which I appreciated. The cleaning staff were always on it, making sure everything was tidy. The view of the sea was a nice touch too! But it got pretty noisy at night because of the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors chatting and even a kid crying. Otherwise, it was decent for the price.

Charming hotel, convenient location, with its friendly staff and great breakfast options helping us start each day right, while the short bus ride right outside to the water taxi made getting into the heart of Venice a breeze.

the venezia was a great place to stay. the location is perfect, right by the beach and close to the car ferry. our economy double room was clean and comfy. breakfast had good variety, and the staff even stored our luggage for us, which was super helpful. loved relaxing in the mini whirlpool on the terrace.
